This order instructs the ships in a Fleet to conduct combat exercises using live ammunition. This is an excellent way to train green crews, providing them with some simulated battle experience. Higher levels of experience can only be gained by conducting missions or participating in actual combat maneuvers, but few good Live Fire Exercises is a great way to start.

The ships in Fleet # 101 participate in a Life Fire Exercise. The only ships that can gain experience from this mission are those with green crews, but all involve themselves in this mission anyway. The lets the more experience crews pass on some of their expertise to their less experienced brethren.
